Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Betaversion der beliebten Kommunikations-Software.TeamSpeak 3 nutzt die Codecs CELP, GSM und Speex, die eine Bandbreite von 5.1 KBit/s bis zu 25.9 Kbit/s bieten. Die Sprachqualitaet soll im Vergleich zum Vorgaenger gleich bzw. besser sein.Die Latenzen von Teamspeak wurden jedoch auf ein ertraegliches Mass gesenkt und somit ist TS3 fuer Online-Spiele besser geeignet. Der Vorgaenger hatte auf dem Gebiet deutliche Defizite!Teamspeak 3 ist mit Teamspeak 2 nicht kompatibel sodass man auf einen neuen Teamspeak-Server umsatteln muss wenn man es nutzen moechte. Teamspeak gibt es jeweils in einer 32bit und 64bit Version die sich auf einer temporaer eingerichteten Downloadseite herunterladen lassen. Zur Zeit gibt es nur eine englische Version der Software die in der 32bit Version mit 12MB zuschlaegt, die 64bit Version ist knapp 2MB groesser. Die Serversoftware belegt knappe 3MB Festplattenspeicher. Lesen lohnt sich. Auch wenn man nach Operation Flashpoint 2 vorsichtig mit Voluminoesen Ankuendigugen und Features sein sollte.
